1. Order Processing Time

1.2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
1.3. In case of a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

2. Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates
2.1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
2.2. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your city and region.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
3.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
3.2. The email will contain a tracking number to monitor your package.
3.3. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
4.1. For COD orders, our courier partners may contact you before delivery to confirm availability.
4.2. Please ensure that the correct shipping address and phone number are provided to avoid delays.
5. Advance Payment Requirement
5.1. Orders with a total value of PKR 5000 or above require advance payment. COD is not available for such orders.
5.2. Payment details will be provided at checkout.
5.3. Additionally, items above 5 liters or bulk orders also require advance payment before shipment.
6. Delivery Coverage
6.1. We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities such as:

- Quetta
6.2. Some remote locations may have limited delivery options or longer shipping times.
7. International Shipping
7.1. ConceptShop.pk does not offer international shipping at this time.
7.2. We only deliver within Pakistan.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
8.1. ConceptShop.pk is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments during transit.
8.2. If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
8.3. If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in coordinating with the courier service to locate and resolve the issue.
9. Delivery Attempt & Rejection
9.1. If a delivery attempt is made and the recipient is unavailable, the courier will make two additional attempts.
9.2. If an order is returned due to:
- Non-acceptance
- Incorrect shipping details
- Non-responsiveness from the customer
ConceptShop.pk reserves the right to cancel the order or charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
