Shipping Policy
At ConceptShop.pk, operated by Concept Chemicals, we aim to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible. This policy explains our order processing times, delivery coverage, shipping charges, payment requirements, and delivery procedures.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control, processing may take longer than usual.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the contact information provided with your order.
2. Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Delivery times may vary because of:
Customer location
Courier service delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Remote-area delivery requirements
Other circumstances beyond our control
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, package size, weight, and available delivery service.
Any applicable shipping charge will be shown to the customer before the order is completed.
4. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Pakistan.
We serve major cities and regions including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and other serviceable locations.
Some remote locations may have limited courier coverage or require additional delivery time or charges.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.
The availability of COD may depend on:
Order value
Product type
Product size or quantity
Delivery location
Courier restrictions
The available payment options will be shown during checkout.
6. Advance Payment
Certain orders require advance payment before dispatch.
Orders with a total value of PKR 5,000 or above require advance payment and are not eligible for COD.
In addition, bulk orders and products with a quantity/size above 5 litres may require advance payment.
If advance payment is required, we will provide the applicable payment instructions before dispatch.
This requirement is currently stated on your live shipping page and should remain consistent with what customers see during checkout.
7. Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we may provide shipment confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the courier receives the shipment.
8. Delivery Attempts
The courier may contact the customer before or during delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct:
Name
Phone number
Delivery address
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal, or lack of response, additional delivery charges may apply for a subsequent delivery attempt.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your parcel when possible.
If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs or video where applicable.
We will review the issue and coordinate an appropriate solution.
10. Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We will coordinate with the relevant courier service to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
11. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
